Jaron Samson has been a radionavigation system engineer at the European Space Agency (ESTEC, The Netherlands) since 2003.
Previously, he worked at the National Aerospace Laboratory NLR and at Topcon Europe.
Samson holds an M.Sc. degree in geodesy from Delft University, the Netherlands.

Jan Anszperger is a program manager at the Charles Stark Draper Laboratory for efforts involving GPS satellite testing and ultra-tight coupling.
He is a graduate of Rutgers University and Florida Institute of Technology.
Anszperger is the Chair of the ION Military Division.

Originally graduated as a chartered surveyor, Kai Borre obtained his Ph.D. in geodesy from Copenhagen University, and a Doctor of Technology degree from Graz University of Technology. He has been a full professor in geodesy at Aalborg University since 1976.
For more than 30 years Borre has conducted research and performed education in the area of satellite based positioning. In 1996 he established the Danish GPS Center and since 2000 has been head of a two-year international M.Sc. program in GPS technology.

Andrey Soloviev, Ph.D., is a principal at Qunav, an R&D business entity that he has recently founded.
Previously he served as Research Faculty at the University of Florida and as a Senior Research Engineer at the Ohio University Avionics Engineering Center.
He holds B.S. and M.S. in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University.

José-Ángel Ávila-Rodríguez is GNSS Evolutions Signal and Security Principal Engineer at the GNSS Evolution Program and Strategy Division, Strategy & Program Department of the European Space Agency.
Between 2003 and 2010 he was research associate at the Institute of Geodesy and Navigation at the University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich.

Dr. Paul D. Groves is a senior lecturer (associate professor) at University College London, where he leads research into robust positioning and navigation within the Space Geodesy and Navigation Laboratory.

Per Enge, Ph.D., is a professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Stanford University, where he is the Vance D. and Arlene C. Coffman Professor in the School of Engineering. He directs the Stanford GPS Laboratory, which develops satellite navigation systems.
He has been involved in the development of the Federal Aviation Administration’s GPS Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) and Local Area Augmentation System (LAAS).

Todd Walter, Ph.D., received his Ph.D. in applied physics from Stanford University. He is a senior research engineer in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Stanford University.
His research focuses on implementing high-integrity air navigation systems. He is active in the international standards bodies coordinating the use of Global Navigation Satellite Systems to implement these systems.
