Vladimir Kharisov is the science director of JSC “VNIIR Progress” and a professor of the Zhukovsky Air Force Engineering Academy.
He has developed signal theory for more than 30 years and has published more than 150 papers and several monographs in signal theory and satellite navigation.
More recently, Kharisov has actively worked on developing new code division GLONASS signals.
