Samuele Fantinato

Samuele Fantinato is a radio navigation systems engineer at Qascom, Italy.

He received a master’s degree in telecommunication engineering from the University of Padova. He leads several projects with focus on the design of advanced radio
navigation testbeds for interference, spoofing mitigation, and
assessment of authentication schemes for GNSS.

Fantinato previously worked for Thales Alenia Space in the navigation technologies and products department with a focus on signal processing and performance assessment of Galileo and EGNOS ground reference station receivers.

In 2008 he was a Young Graduate Trainee at the European Space Agency.
