Raúl Ramos Pollán

Raúl Ramos Pollán is professor in large-scale data analytics at the Universidad Industrial de Santander, in Bucaramanga, Colombia.

He achieved a Ph.D. in informatics engineering at the University of Porto.

Ramos Pollán has developed his career in both industry and academy, as director of the computing center at CETA-CIEMAT in Spain, software engineer at the European Laboratory for Particle Physics, and a Java architect at Sun Microsystems, Switzerland.
