He received his master and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Padova and has worked as a postdoctoral researcher on data mining techniques at the University of California Los Angeles and at the University of Birmingham.

Since joining Qascom he has been involved in the Ground to Space Threat Simulator ESA project, and his main activity has focused on the design and evaluation of satellite-based interference geolocation techniques.
