Elena Serna Santiago

Elena Serna Santiago was born in Toledo, Spain, on October 23, 1993. She received the B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Systems Engineering from Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain, in 2015, and the Master of Engineering degree in Telecommunication Systems from Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain, in 2017.

She worked with Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering of Tampere University of Technology to develop her Master’s Thesis in 2017 during her Erasmus program.
