ION GNSS 2008 will be held September 16-19. This is the 21st meeting of the organization’s satellite division and ION will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the launch of the first GPS satellite.
The conference takes place at the Savannah International Convention Center in Savannah, Georgia, USA. Visitors can make a two-minute crossing of the Savannah River on free ferries that run every half hour between the convention center and the tourist attractions in the National Historic District downtown.
