Sergey Karutin is a head of the PNT center at Central Institute of Machine Building, a leading Roscosmos institute.
He has worked on the GLONASS team since 1998, starting as a software engineer in the user equipment department at JSC “Russian Space Systems.”
He worked as project manager of the GLONASS System of Differential Corrections and Monitoring (SDCM) from 2008 until 2013.
