He has published many articles in journals both locally and internationally. His area of research includes boundary layer processes, currently with an interest in the space applications.

He was a lecturer at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, before joining the Space Agency in Nigeria in 2010. He is presently the head of postgraduate programs at the African Regional Center for Space Science and Technology Education in English (ARCSSTE-E).
