The Knowledge Transfer Network and the Royal Institute of Navigation will host a one-day event on Geolocation Technologies for Wearable Platforms on November 24, 2015 at the Royal Geographical Society, London.
Registration is available here.
This event will bring together multiple industry sectors, who share a common challenge in integrating geolocation technology into wearable systems for use in non-GPS friendly environments, with developers of geolocation systems and wearable platforms.
The primary aim of the day is to explore the challenges and opportunities from the perspectives of the end-users (in this case the defense and rail sectors) and from leading experts in geolocation technology (both GPS and non-GPS based) and wearable technology platform integrators.
