ION Now Taking Kepler and Parkinson Award Nominations

Nominations are now being accepted for the Institute of Navigation Satellite Division’s prestigious Johannes Kepler Award – the annual award honoring an individual during their lifetime for sustained and significant contributions to the development of satellite navigation and the Bradford W. Parkinson Award – the award recognizing an outstanding graduate student in the field of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS).

To nominate an individual for the ION Johannes Kepler Award, please complete the nomination form at https://www.ion.org/awards/kepler.cfm.  To nominate an individual for the Parkinson Award, please complete the nomination form at https://www.ion.org/awards/parkinson-award.cfm. Completed nominations, including required reference letters, are due June 30. Submissions received after the closing date will not be considered.

The Kepler and Parkinson Awards will be presented at the ION GNSS+ 2019, the Satellite Division’s Annual Meeting, to be held September 16-20, 2019 in Miami, Florida.
