Oliver Montenbruck is head of the GNSS Technology and Navigation Group at DLR’s German Space Operations Center (GSOC), Oberpfaffenhofen.

His current research activities comprise spaceborne GNSS receiver technology, autonomous navigation systems, spacecraft for-mation flying, and precise orbit determination as well as new constellations and multi-GNSS processing.

Willy Vigneau

Willy Vigneau graduated from the “Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace” in 1999.

He has been in charge of the Radionavigation unit at M3 Systems since 2002, and is especially managing projects related to signal processing studies applied to GPS, EGNOS and Galileo.

Vigneau is now technical director of M3 Systems and is following M3 Systems’ development on GPS, EGNOS and Galileo algorithms and receivers.

Sébastien Carcanague

Sébastien Carcanague graduated as an electronic engineer in 2009 from ENAC (Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile) in Toulouse, France.

From 2009 to 2012, he has been working on precise positioning algorithm in constrained environments at M3SYSTEMS and ENAC.

He obtained his Ph.D. from ENAC signal processing lab in 2013.

He is member of the Scientific Committee of the SIFET (Italian Society of Photogrammetry and Surveying) and a member of the Scientific Committee of ASITA (Federation of the Scientific Associations for the Territorial and Environmental Information).

His major research interests are in low-cost INS and GNSS systems for mobile mapping applications and in network GNSS positioning.
