Abstracts for the ION GNSS+ 2017 conference will be accepted online through March 10, 2017. The conference and industry exhibition covering all aspects of satellite navigation technology will take place September 25-29 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon USA.
The theme will be "Other Sensors in Today’s Marketplace." The event will feature two tracks: "Applications and Advances" focusing on safety of life, commercial and mass market applications and GNSS plans and policies. The second track, "Research and Innovations",will concentrate on autonomous systems, multisensor applications and advanced GNSS algorithms.
The Institute of Navigation (ION) was founded in 1945 in the United States as a professional organization for those involved in air, space, marine, land navigation and position determination. Its membership is worldwide, and it is affiliated with the International Association of Institutes of Navigation.
ION’s satellite division started what has now become the venerable GNSS+ conference in 1987, when GPS technology was in its infancy.
