The "Geosciences in Space" program group (US2) consists of invited presentations on the importance of space platforms for the Earth sciences. These include atmospheric, marine, and geodetic research, as well as applied fields such as natural
hazards and environmental monitoring.
The European Space Policy Institute will discuss the political aspects of the use of space.
