European Frequency and Time Forum (EFTF2009) and International Frequency Control Symposium (IFC)

The 23rd EFTF and 63rd IEEE IFC conference and exhibition will take place jointly at the Micropolis Conference Center in Besançon, in the Franche-Comté region of France.

Close to the Swiss Confederation, Besançon was a center of the French clockmaking industry as early as the 18th century. It is now a center for time, frequency and optics with many well-known laboratories and schools.
