Dominic Hayes manages Galileo’s radio regulatory issues at the European Commission and led the EC team at WRC-07 that pushed to put S-band RDSS on the agenda for WRC-12; to further this work he is now the CEPT coordinator for this issue.
A Chartered Engineer, he cut his regulatory teeth at the UK’s Radiocommunications Agency, then Ofcom, and has a Spacecraft Technology MSc from University College London, and a BEng from Southbank University London.
