Sergey Seredin

Sergey Seredin is the deputy director of the Central Research Institute for Machine Building (Roscosmos).

Since 2014 he has been supervising the Information and Analysis Center for Positioning, Navigation and Timing residing in the institute.

He graduated from Bauman Moscow Technical University as a mechanical engineer in 1983.

In 1983–1985 he worked as an engineer for Energia Company. In 1985–1990 he served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In 1990-2003 he occupied a variety of leadership positions in commercial companies. In 2005-2010 he assumed the position of deputy director in Kvant company, which later became a part of the ISS-Reshetnev Company. He has been in his current position since 2011.
