Michel Grondin has been working at CNES since 1981. He was responsible for the GPS receiver equipment on the DEMETER micro-satellite.
Since July 2005 he has been working in the Transmission Techniques and Signal Processing Department. He provided support to the integration of the GPS receiver of the Alpha Magnetic Spectometer (AMS) experiment to fly on board the International Space Station.
He also tuned CNES GPS L5 software receiver for use in low earth orbit with the aid of a GPS simulator. He graduated from the Ecole Superieure d’Electricité (Supélec) in Paris.
