Francesco Meta is a senior algorithm designer for Space Technology.

He has experience in design of algorithms for navigation receivers for both terrestrial and space service volume. He designed the dual-carrier ERP GNSS Test timing receiver algorithms implemented in the Space Technology receiver and supported the ERP test measurements designed to validate the precision and accuracy of the frequency- and time-transfer process. In the frame of EGEP-81 Contract he developed the algorithms for a space-borne test receiver capable of tracking intersatellite link navigation signal dynamics.

As project manager, Meta is currently leading the ESA Contract “Interference Mitigation Based on Novel Signal Processing Cancellation and RF Front End” aimed at the development and verification of interference mitigation algorithms for Galileo ground station.
