Jeff Dickman is a research scientist with the Northrop Grumman Advanced Concepts and Technology Division.
His areas of expertise include GPS baseband processing, integrated navigation systems, and sensor stabilization.
Dr. Dickman has developed high-accuracy sensor stabilization technology and is experienced with GPS interferometry for position and velocity aiding as well as high-sensitivity GPS processing techniques for challenging GPS conditions. He also has developed navigation system augmentations for GPS-challenged/denied navigation using electro-optic vision.
His current area of research is in alternative software-based GPS processing techniques for multi-function systems and electronic protection.
