Xiaoji Niu is a post doctoral fellow and a member of the mobile multi-sensor research group in the Department of Geomatics Engineering at the University of Calgary. He has a Ph.D. in the Department of Precision Instruments & Mechanology at Tsinghua University.
Niu received the B.S. degrees (with honors) in both mechanical engineering and electrical engineering from Tsinghua University in 1997. His research interest focuses on the low-cost GPS/INS integration technologies and micromachined (that is, MEMS) inertial sensors and systems.
