Guillermo Tobías

Guillermo Tobías holds an MSc in telecommunication engineering from the University of Zaragoza.

He has more than seven years of experience in GNSS, notably in the area of precise orbit determination and clock synchronization, and precise point positioning (PPP), including contributions to the Galileo program and the International GNSS Service (IGS).

Tobías has been the GMV’s responsible for the magicGNSS suite in recent years and for GMV’s contribution to the Real-Time IGS Service.

He is currently coordinating R&D activities related to PPP services and is the project manager for the development of the Galileo Commercial Service Demonstrator.
