Giorgia Ferrara

Giorgia Ferrara obtained her M.Sc. degree in telecommunications engineering from the University of Catania, Italy.

Since February 2014, she has been a full-time researcher in the Electronics and Communications Engineering Department at Tampere University of Technology, Finland, where, as a fellow of the MULTI-POS Marie Curie Initial Training Network, she is also pursuing her Ph.D. studies.

Ferrara’s major research work is focused on multi-GNSS receiver implementation to tackle intentional and unintentional interferences, and on acquisition and tracking algorithms for multi-constellation receivers.
