European Frequency and Time Forum (EFTF2008)

The 22nd European Frequency and Time Forum will be held during the international week of space application, Toulouse Space Show’08. It takes place at Centre de Congres Pierre Baudis in Toulouse, France.
 

The primary objective of the EFTF is to foster scientific and technical exchange among members of the European and world-wide time and frequency community.

The primary objective of the EFTF is to foster scientific and technical exchange among members of the European and world-wide time and frequency community.

EFTF attendees will also have access to the European Navigation Conference, Space Applications Days 2008, and a large exhibition.

EFTF2008 begins with a plenary lecture on April 22 by Prof. Vidal Ashkenazi on "Space for the Benefit of Citizens, Business, and Government."

Toulouse Space Show opening ceremonies are scheduled directly after the lecture.

The opening session and plenary, shared with the ENC on April 23, feature reports on the status of the major GNSS programs.

Technical sessions begin the afternoon of April 23 and continue through April 25.
Technical Program

Participants in a joint ENC/EFTF roundtable on April 24 will discuss "GNSS in 2020: Systems, Technologies, and Applications."

Presenters should upload their final papers to the website between March 17 and April 7

in order be included on the Toulouse Space Show’08 DVD, which will
be handed out to all participants when they sign in at the reception desk at the Convention Centre.
