The annual conference gathers engineers and scientists working in civil guidance, navigation and control to discuss recent work and future plans
and prospects. It is scheduled during the famous "White Nights" season of this northern city when the skies are so bright the streetlights never go on.

The abstract submission deadline has passed; final papers are due by March 15, 2017.
